Here's the nitty gritty:
We're getting married on July 30, 2011, 36 years (almost!) to the day after my parents' wedding in Morgantown, WV. I'd like to say this was planned, but I just chose that date because it was one of the few weekends during my short summer that all of my bridesmaids could participate. I sound pretty thoughtful when I just say it was because of my parents' anniversary, though.
The ceremony will be held at my Catholic church and the reception is in a hotel ballroom. There are ~300 guests invited, so we needed to find somewhere where everyone could fit! Our theme: Alice attends the Mad Hatter Vintage Garden Tea Party in a Ballroom. She Thinks That The Venue is Odd for a Vintage Garden Party, but is Tripping on LSD, so She Doesn't Really Care. Yes, I am the Dickens of theme names.
